The fine print
- Points are earned on direct bookings only, not through third parties.
- Points are earned on the amount you actually pay.
- Points expire 12 months after they’re earned.
- No cash value; points can’t be transferred.
- One reward per visit. Friend gifts are for first-time guests.
- Reward sessions follow our late-cancel and no-show policy.
- If you cancel your membership, your points stay available for 60 days.
- Gift card purchases don’t earn points; gift card recipients earn points when they use the card.
- Points are forfeited on a no-show for a reward session.
