Cold Plunge
A private, commercial-grade cold plunge, kept at a beginner-friendly 55°F.
Cold water, on your terms
Cold water immersion is a staple of athletic recovery. Even 30 to 60 seconds is enough for many people to feel the difference.
We keep our plunge at 55°F, which is more approachable for first-timers. Want it colder? It goes as low as 37°F. Just let us know when you book and we will have it ready.

Clean, every time
Our cold plunge is built for commercial use. An automatic dosing system monitors and balances the water, just like a public pool or hot tub, and a built-in skimmer keeps the surface clear. We also test the water regularly and wipe down and skim the plunge between every guest.
Please avoid applying heavy lotions before your plunge.

What are the benefits?
Sports medicine has used cold water immersion for muscle recovery for decades, and today people plunge for how it makes them feel, too. When your body meets cold water, it releases a burst of hormones like norepinephrine and dopamine, which is behind that wide-awake feeling afterward. Here’s why our clients make it part of their routine:
Recovery after training
Plunging after a hard workout is a go-to for athletes and may help reduce muscle soreness and inflammation so you feel ready for your next session.
A natural energy boost
Cold triggers the release of hormones that promote alertness. Many people find a quick plunge wakes them up better than coffee.
Mood and motivation
Cold exposure has been shown to raise dopamine, the brain chemical linked to motivation and focus, and many plungers say they leave in a better mood.
Stress resilience
Choosing to stay calm and breathe through the cold is practice for handling stress, and regular plungers often say everyday stress feels easier to manage.
Better rest
Many people find they relax more easily and sleep better on days they plunge, as the body settles after the cold.
Hot + cold
Pair your plunge with our infrared sauna in a Contrast Therapy session for the classic hot-and-cold recovery routine.
Cold plunging is a general wellness activity and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Research is still growing, and results vary from person to person. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, circulation problems or Raynaud’s, are pregnant, or have other health concerns, check with your healthcare provider before plunging.
