Dana Harper, founder of Amplify Wellness

Dana Harper, Founder

Dana founded Amplify Wellness to bring her family’s passion for training and recovery to a convenient location in her new city.

Recovery has always been top of mind because of her two sons, both accomplished student athletes whose commitment began in elementary school. Club soccer and football meant multiple training sessions a day, so recovery and self-care became essential to staying game-ready. Daily rituals included Theragun massages, heating pads, ice packs, vitamins and supplements, and even a makeshift cold plunge in the bathtub.

She relocated to Eugene in 2024 when her son began his freshman year at the University of Oregon.
